Covert Sudoku for Roku · Effective September 25, 2026
In short:
Thanks for playing Covert Sudoku for Roku ("the app"), made by Covert Coders LLC ("we", "us"). These terms are the ground rules for using the app. By installing or using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app; you can remove it from your Roku at any time.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app on your Roku devices for your own non-commercial enjoyment. The app is free: there are no purchases, subscriptions or ads.
Please don't:
You get the app through the Roku Streaming Store, so your use of your Roku device and the store is also covered by Roku's terms and policies. Roku, Inc. is not responsible for the app or its support; we are.
The app, its design, and the Covert Coders and Covert Sudoku names and logos belong to Covert Coders LLC. Using the app doesn't give you any ownership of them.
The optional background music is Claude Debussy's Clair de Lune, performed by Laurens Goedhart, from Wikimedia Commons. The recording is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 and is used with the performer's kind permission; it was converted for the app.
Your games, statistics and settings are saved only on your Roku. We don't collect them. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
We may update the app from time to time to fix problems or add features, and we may change or stop offering it. We'll try to keep your saved games and statistics working across updates, but we can't promise they'll always carry over.
We make the app with care, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the app will always be available, free of errors, or that your saved progress will never be lost.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Covert Coders LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any lost data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Since the app is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to zero dollars (US $0), or the lowest amount the law allows. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version at this address and update the date at the top. If you keep using the app after that, the updated terms apply.
