Covert Sudoku Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
Covert Sudoku ("the app") is published by Covert Coders LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Information we collect
None. The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal or usage information. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. It does not request permission to access the internet.
Information stored on your device
To work properly, the app stores the following only on your device:
- Your current game in progress, so you can continue later
- Your game statistics (wins, losses, solve times, and total time played)
- Your settings (theme and number size)
We never receive this information. "Reset statistics" in the app's settings clears your wins, losses and average times. To delete everything the app has stored, clear the app's data in Android settings or uninstall the app.
Device backups
If Android backup is turned on for your device, Android may include the app's locally stored data in your device backup, which is handled by Google under your Google account and Google's privacy policy. We do not have access to these backups.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version at this address and update the effective date above.
